Peak Leadership Award

The Broken Top Chapter of the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) is proud to announce Niki Holm as the recipient of the 2024-25 Broken Top Peak Leadership Award, recognizing her outstanding contributions to the safety profession and her unwavering commitment to leadership and mentorship in Central Oregon.

Niki Holm, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University, is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and brings over 20 years of experience in safety and loss prevention across the construction, energy, and agriculture sectors. She currently serves clients at IMA Financial Group, where she is known for her pragmatic approach to risk management and her dedication to developing future safety leaders.

In addition to her professional achievements, Niki is a passionate advocate for women in safety. As Chair of the Women in Safety Excellence (WISE) Common Interest Group for the Broken Top Chapter, she leads initiatives that empower women through education, mentorship, and networking. Her efforts have created meaningful opportunities for women to grow and thrive in the safety profession.

Niki’s influence extends into emerging industries as well. She is an active member of Blunt Brunch, a Women in Cannabis group, where she collaborates with professionals to address workplace safety challenges in cannabis cultivation, processing, and distribution.

Outside of her professional life, Niki enjoys international travel, hiking remote trails, and animal rescue. She is often accompanied by her two beloved pit bulls on her remote adventures. Her love for nature and sustainability reflects her broader commitment to creating safe and healthy environments both at work and in the community.

Niki will serve as the Chapter’s President-Elect for the 2025–2026 term and will assume the role of Chapter President in 2026–2027.
